Before you can adjust cassette levels, the ATM must be in a Closed, Supervisor, or Offline state.

From the Home
screen, select the ATM.

Select the Cash Management
tab.

Select the cassette by clicking the radio button in the
first column.

Select Update Amounts.
Tip: The
Update Amounts function is
not available for any cassettes that have a negative cash balance remaining.
- ATM selected should be NCR® or Diebold®.
- ATM should be set to offline, closed or, supervisor mode.
- Remaining
Amount should be greater than or equal to 0.

Update the Remaining Amount (Count)
or the Remaining Amount (Dollar Amount) field.
Adjusting one field automatically updates the other field.

Select Save.
