Security Question and Answer Policy

The following outlines the security question and answer policy for the CPS Portal.

  1. Setting a security question and answer is mandatory when the user sets a password for the first time.
  2. Users can change their security question and/or answer from the User Profile screen later.
  3. Users must first answer the security question before resetting their password. Users are allowed to reset their password only after successful validation.
  4. If you forget your answer to your security question, contact your administrator to reset the security question. Once the security question is reset, you can use the reset password link to set the security question and answer again along with a new password.
