Updating Profile and Preferences

Update profile and preferences through the Profile & Preferences option in the CPS Portal.

  1. Select Administration Administration > Profile & Preferences Profile & Preferences.
    If you have access to more than one financial institution, you must select an FI from the View Administration Settings for drop-down field, and then select Go.
  2. Select Update Profile & Preferences.
  3. Make the desired changes.
  4. Once you have completed your changes, select Save.
