Adding an Event Note from All Event Notifications

CPS Portal users can add an event note from All Event Notifications.

  1. Select ATM List > All Event Notifications.

  2. In the Event Notifications panel, select Add Note or View Notes.
  3. Select Add a Note.
    A new line appears in the table with a text field that you can edit.
  4. Type a note, and then select Save.
Adding a note to an event with an Unattended state changes the state to Pending. After you save a note, you cannot edit or delete it.
