Assigning Additional Financial Institutions to an Existing User

If a user is already set up with access to one financial institution, you can use this task to give them access to additional FIs.

  1. Select Administration > User Administration.
  2. If you are an ATM Driving Product Admin, select the FIs you want to work with:
    Note: If you are an FI Administrator, your institutions are automatically chosen.
    1. Select the View Administrator Settings for drop-down box and select the FI that the user is already assigned to.
    2. Select the View Administrator Settings for drop-down box again and select the additional FI(s) you want to assign to the user.
    3. Select Go.
  3. Select the user you wish to modify.


  4. Select Modify User.
  5. In the FI(s) Assigned column, select the additional FIs you want the user to have access to.
  6. Select Save.
