The user is allowed three attempts to
enter the correct PIN that they received through email. After three consecutive failed attempts,
the user's account is locked. As an administrator, unlock the account using the following
steps.

Log on to the
CPS Portal and navigate to User
Administration, Product Administration, or System Administration.

Select the desired user.

Click Unlock Email Authentication.

Click Yes.
A notification email is sent to the user, and they can now attempt to log on
again.
