Unlocking or Locking a User

Unlock or lock a user in CPS Portal's User Administration.

  1. Select Administration > User Administration.
    Note: If you are an ATM Driving Product Administrator, you must select the institutions you want to work with from the View Administrator Settings for drop-down box.
  2. In the Account Locked column, select the lock icon.
    • Locked Icon User is locked. Select to unlock.
    • Unlocked Icon User is unlocked. Select to lock.
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, select Yes.
