Product Administrator, you must select the institutions you want to work with from the
View Administrator Settings
for drop-down box.

In the Account Locked column, select the lock icon.
- User is locked. Select to unlock.
- User is unlocked. Select to lock.

In the confirmation dialog box, select Yes.
