Canceling Commands for Multiple ATMs

Use the View & Send Commands option to cancel commands for multiple ATMs in the CPS Portal.

1. Select ATM List > View & Send Commands.
   
   

   

   
   
2. In the Pending Commands panel, select the check boxes for the commands to cancel.
   
   
   
   
   You can select the check box in the header to select all pending commands that can be canceled. This selection includes the current page and all subsequent pages.
   

   

   
   You cannot cancel commands in an Executing state.
3. Select Cancel Command(s).
4. In the Cancel Command(s) dialog box, select Yes.
