Sending a Command to Multiple ATMs

Use the View & Send Commands option to send a command to multiple ATMs in the CPS Portal.

Select ATM List > View & Send Commands.
In the Send Command to drop-down field, select the ATMs.
You can select up to 100 NCR® or Diebold® ATMs to send a command to at one time.
In the Select a Command drop-down field, select the command.
Select Send Command.

The command you send appears in the Pending Commands section. You can cancel pending commands that are not in an Executing state.
