Distribute Bills Rule
Allows the dispensing of multiple smaller bills rather than one large bill when appropriate.
The purpose of this rule is to minimize
wear and tear by dispensing from many cassettes with the same denomination instead of from one
cassette. For example, if the ATM has cassettes B and C both with $20 bills and the dispense
amount is $40, the ATM dispenses one bill from cassette B and one from cassette C.
