This rule causes the
terminal to dispense two smaller bills where ordinarily only one would be dispensed to the
cardholder.
For example, if the withdrawal request is for $20, two $10 bills are dispensed instead
of one. However, this logic applies only if one bill would normally be dispensed but two
smaller bills would result in the same amount being dispensed.
